This series of posters was created to commemorate the anniversary of the birth of one of the most significant visionaries of Czech cinema, director František Vláčil. The goal was to establish a unified, visually powerful identity for a retrospective screening of his iconic films.
My concept focused on translating the raw atmosphere, deep symbolism, and masterful composition of Vláčil's works into a modern graphic language that would resonate with contemporary audiences.
